We are TZ APAC Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated with registration number 202012283D under the laws of Singapore with its registered address at 36 Robinson Road, #07/05-06 City House, Singapore 068877, as the organizer of TZ Apex (“we” or “us”).

Accepting TZ Apex: Founders Edition Terms

Please read these TZ Apex: Founders Edition Terms carefully before participating in TZ Apex: Founders Edition. We are only willing to make the program available and deliver the honoraria to you if you accept all the TZ Apex: Founders Edition Terms.

You confirm that you are participating in TZ Apex: Founders Edition on your own behalf and that you are of legal age to enter the TZ Apex: Founders Edition Terms.

By participating in TZ Apex: Founders Edition, you are confirming that you understand and agree to be bound by the TZ Apex: Founders EditionTerms.

These TZ Apex: Founders Edition Terms are only available in English, and we do not store or file copies of any contracts.

1. TZ Apex: Founders Edition: The objective of this free program is for you to complete a set of instructions in the manner specified under these TZ Apex: Founders Edition Terms under the heading “TZ Apex: Founders Edition Instructions”. If you successfully complete the TZ Apex: Founders Edition Instructions, you will be able to win various honoraria (as defined under the heading “Honoraria”) in your Tezos wallet (the “TZ Apex: Founders Edition Program”).
2. TZ Apex: Founders Edition Period: TZ Apex: Founders Edition commences on 9th December 2024, and closes on 3rd January 2025 at 23:59 GMT+8 (the “TZ Apex: Founders Edition Period”).
3. TZ Apex: Founders Edition Honoraria Redemption Period: The referrals of the projects will be kept informed of the status of their referred projects and will be awarded the honoraria 7 working days after each honorarium completion. For leaderboard winners, the honoraria will be given 3 working days after TZ Apex: Founders Edition ends (the “TZ Apex: Founders Edition Honoraria Redemption Period”).
4. TZ Apex: Founders Edition Points: Upon completion of quests, you will receive TZ Apex: Founders Edition points in your Tezos wallet at a 1:1 conversion rate of your EXP accumulated on the chosen quest platform (“TZ Apex: Founders Edition Points”). To qualify for the exchange, you would need to accumulate a minimum of 500 EXP points.
5. Eligibility: TZ Apex: Founders Edition is only open to individuals of at least 18 years of age who are acting in a private and personal capacity and must hold an active X account, a Discord account, and a Tezos wallet.
6. Honoraria: If you are eligible to enter TZ Apex: Founders Edition and you have successfully completed the TZ Apex: Founders Edition Instructions, you will be awarded honoraria if you have referred a project or if you are in the top 10 in the TZ Apex: Founders Edition leaderboard, which will be on display on the TZ Apex: Founders Edition quest platform DMission. The honoraria are evaluated in 3 tiers:
   • Honorarium #1: if the referred startup is formally invited by the TZ APAC team to submit an application for Fortify Labs 2025 and the referred startup acknowledges, you will receive 30 tez;
   • Honorarium #2: if the referred startup submits a full and valid application for Fortify Labs 2025, gets a first interview and completes that interview with the TZ APAC team, you will receive 100 tez; and
   • Honorarium #3: if the referred startup gets a second interview and completes that interview with the TZ APAC team, you will receive 250 tez.
7. TZ Apex: Founders Edition Instructions: To participate in the TZ Apex: Founders Edition, you must have a valid account on the chosen quest platform and connect your X account, Discord account and input/connect your Tezos wallet before starting any quests. After which, you may choose which quests to be done and perform the actions required as stated within each quest (the ‘TZ Apex: Founders Edition Instructions”). EXP points will only be credited after each successful quest completion and must be done before each season closes. If you choose to take part in the quest which leads to the refer-and-earn program, you will be entitled to earn further honoraria.
8. Startup Referral Recognition: All startup referrals made by you as part of the TZ Apex: Founders Edition Program will be recognized on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that multiple referrals for the same startup are submitted by you and members of TZ APAC from other departments, the honoraria will be granted to the individual whose referral was received first by the TZ APAC team.
9. Verification: We shall determine in our sole and absolute discretion whether you are an eligible claimant and have a valid claim to the honoraria. We will use such verification methods as we may deem appropriate from time to time.
10. Honoraria Delivery: The winner will receive any digital asset honoraria in the Tezos wallet address that they provided and any physical honoraria to the address they provided. We accept no liability for any losses incurred due to incorrect or improperly provided Tezos wallet information.
11. Taxes: You are solely responsible to pay any and all taxes, duties, and assessments levied on you now or later claimed or imposed by any governmental authority associated with the claiming, holding, or subsequent transfer of the honoraria. You shall indemnify us against any liabilities or claims arising from tax obligations under these TZ Apex: Founders Edition Terms.
