TZ Apex Terms & Conditions

We are TZ APAC Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated with registration number 202012283D under the laws of Singapore with its registered address at 36 Robinson Road, #07/05-06 City House, Singapore 068877, as the organizer of TZ Apex (“we” or “us”).

Accepting TZ Apex Terms

Please read these TZ Apex Terms carefully before participating in TZ Apex. We are only willing to make the program available and deliver the rewards to you if you accept all the TZ Apex Terms.

You confirm that you are participating in TZ Apex on your own behalf and that you are of legal age to enter the TZ Apex Terms.

By participating in TZ Apex, you are confirming that you understand and agree to be bound by the TZ Apex Terms.

These TZ Apex Terms are only available in English, and we do not store or file copies of any contracts.

  1. TZ Apex: The objective of this free program is for you to complete a set of Instructions in the manner specified under these TZ Apex Terms under the heading “TZ Apex Instructions”. If you successfully complete the TZ Apex Instructions, you will be able to redeem various rewards (as defined under the heading “Rewards”) in your Tezos wallet or physical address (the “TZ Apex program”).
  2. TZ Apex Period: TZ Apex commences on 27th May 2024, and closes on 30 November 2024 at 23:59 GMT+8 (the “TZ Apex Period”).
  3. TZ Apex Season: Within the TZ Apex Period, seasons will be introduced to separate different time periods in which new quests and rewards will be introduced exclusively for that season (“Season”). A season will normally last around one month unless otherwise stated.
  4. TZ Apex Prize Redemption Period: The day each season closes, the gacha store will be open for 7 days whereby you can use your TZ Apex points (as defined under “TZ Apex Points”) to redeem various rewards (the “TZ Apex Prize Redemption Period”).
  5. TZ Apex Points: Upon completion of quests, you will receive TZ Apex points in your Tezos wallet at a 1:1 conversion rate of your EXP accumulated on the chosen quest platform (“TZ Apex Points”). To qualify for the exchange, you would need to accumulate a minimum of 500 EXP points for each season.
  6. Eligibility: TZ Apex is only open to individuals of at least 18 years of age who are acting in a private and personal capacity and must hold an active X account, a Discord account, and a Tezos wallet.
  7. Prize:
    1. If you are eligible to enter TZ Apex and you have successfully completed the TZ Apex Instructions, you will be able to redeem using your accumulated TZ Apex Points for Season 1, at random, any of the following:
      1. The amount of 5 tez, or
      2. The amount of 10 tez, or
      3. The amount of 20 tez, or
      4. The amount of 50 tez, or
      5. The amount of 100 tez, or
      6. An Artwork NFT from Tommy Chandra, or
      7. A pair of Manchester United Old Trafford Hospitality Suites tickets by Tezos, or
      8. TZ APAC Artist Collaboration T-Shirt, or
      9. Extra EXP boost for the next season of TZ Apex.

(the “Prizes” collectively, the “Prize”).

b. The claim to the Prizes is not transferable and no alternative to the Prize will be offered.

c. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with others of similar nature at any time.

d. The Prize for each season in TZ Apex may vary.

e. To receive the Prize in your Tezos wallet you should ensure that you have provided us with accurate information. We accept no responsibility or liability for any losses or damages you may incur as a result of your failure to provide accurate information.

  1. TZ Apex Instructions: To enter TZ Apex, you must have a valid account on the chosen quest platform and connect your X account, Discord account and input/connect your Tezos wallet before starting any quests. After which, you may choose which quests to be done and perform the actions required as stated within each quest (the ‘TZ Apex Instructions”). EXP points will only be credited after each successful quest completion and must be done before each season closes.
  2. Verification: We shall determine in our sole and absolute discretion whether you are an eligible claimant and have a valid claim to the Prize. We will use such verification methods as we may deem appropriate from time to time.
